Our New Year group tour is designed for those who want to celebrate the New Year and Christmas holidays in comfort, want to see the culture of the people, historical monuments, taste delicious national dishes and participate in master classes.

The New Year is the time when the feeling of a holiday is literally in the air, one may see the happy faces of adults and children around, fireworks explode over people’s heads and the streets are full of light, they are festively decorated and fully convey the atmosphere of the holiday. On this day in Armenia, festive tables are simply cracking from delicious dishes and glasses with beautiful toasts and wishes of happiness in the New Year are raised from all sides.

What is the way to find yourself on this holiday of new sensations and discoveries? It's not difficult at all!

We present a program for those who have decided to celebrate New Year 2023 with us in a small sunny mountainous Armenia. It includes accommodation in a good hotel in Yerevan, an excursion program for every day, master classes and tastings, as well as a trip to the Tsakhkadzor ski resort.

Arrival. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Free day in the city. Meals - on your own.

Yerevan - Tsaghkadzor - Kecharis - Sevanavank Monastery - Lake Sevan - Tsaghkunk (barbecue master class) - Yerevan. Breakfast in the hotel. Tour starts at 10:00. Today we will have the most exciting winter day. We will head to the winter resort of Armenia - Tsaghkadzor where all kinds of winter sports are presented. We will visit the Kecharis Monastery Complex which is being a proof that for centuries the church carries not only a spiritual meaning but also an educational one.

We will ride on the cable car and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains covered with snow. Next, we are going to see the blue miracle of Armenia - Lake Sevan hidden among the high mountains. A beautiful view of Lake Sevan opens from the Sevanavank monastery built in the 10th century. Here one can feel the spirit of antiquity which comes as soon as you step on the ground.

After a busy day, a delicious rest awaits us in the form of a master-class of Sevan trout barbecue which will be prepared by one of the best chefs in Armenia.

Free day in the city. This day will be free for rest, for independent walks around the city and shopping. Meals – Breakfast.

Yerevan - Charents Arch - Garni Temple - Geghardavank Monastery - Lavash Master Class – Yerevan. Breakfast in the hotel. Tour starts at 10:00. The first stop will be at the Arch of Charents to admire Ararat - the symbol and love of all Armenians. Further above the Garni gorge, among the rocks, we are going to visit the breathtaking temple of Geghard carved on the site of old caves. After that, we will go to Garni - the only place that reminds of pre-Christian times. A pagan temple in the Greek style the stones of which about two meters long are fastened with pins. Next, we will have a short rest in the form of an exciting master class of lavash which you can bake with your own hands, and then try this delicious Armenian bread.

Tour duration is 6-7 hours.

5

Yerevan - Zvartnots - Etchmiadzin - Cathedral - St. Gayane - St. Hripsime - Master class of the Armenian holiday dish – Yerevan. Tour starts at 10:00. Today we are going to travel to the holy. Etchmiadzin is the cradle of Christian Armenia and the spiritual center of all Armenians. Here we will visit the Cathedral which is the first Christian Church not only in Armenia, but throughout the world. We will also visit the Temples of St. Gayane and St. Hripsime which are among the most significant architectural monuments of Armenia. In 2000, these churches were included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

In addition to churches, we will also visit the treasury museum of Etchmiadzin, where many holy relics are kept, including the Spear of Longinus which he plunged into the hypochondrium of Jesus Christ crucified on the Cross.

In the afternoon we will have a fascinating master class of the Armenian holiday dish. Another UNESCO Heritage that we will see today is the ruins of the early medieval Armenian architecture of Zvartnots, where you won’t be able to find a single stone without rock paintings. After that, we will discover the festive Yerevan.

6

Yerevan - Khor Virap - Noravank - ''Hin Areni'' winery – Birds’ Cave. Tour starts at 10:00. The first stop will be the majestic Khor Virap where the seeds of early Christianity in Armenia are kept. The first Catholicos of Armenia lived there for 13 years in prison.

Further, our adventure will take us to the ''Hin Areni'' Winery where we will taste the wines that are famous not only in Armenia but also far abroad. After the tasting, we will continue our way along the hilly roads to Noravank towering among the red rocks. The monastery built in the 13th century surprises not only with its unique beauty, but also with the sad love story that is kept within its walls.

There is no better place to be convinced that Armenia is one of the most ancient countries in the world than the cave of birds which we will definitely visit today. In this cave the prehistoric shoes were found which are now kept in the History Museum of Yerevan.

Tour duration is 9-10 hours.
