From June 30, 2025 new conditions for entry into Russia for foreigners
Starting from June 30, 2025, new entry requirements for foreign nationals entering Russia without a visa will come into effect.

The new requirements do not apply to:
Visa-based entry (including electronic visas) will continue under the current regulations — without the need to register via ruID.
