On this tour you will visit such cities of Uzbekistan as Tashkent, Urgench, Bukhara and Samarkand, which are famous for their culture, history, architecture and hospitality of local residents. You will find unique Asian cuisine filled with spices and herbs, amazing workshops where you can buy handmade items, as well as noisy oriental bazaars with a variety of fruits, nuts, dried fruits and much more.

1

(29.12) Tashkent. On the first day the whole group comes to Tashkent. The time of arrival is not important; meeting at the airport will be organized for everyone! We recommend you to arrive before 18:00 to get on the Night City tour of Tashkent.

Arrival at Tashkent and meeting at the airport. Check-in time for the hotel is from 14:00. We recommend spending your free time walking around Tashkent. For transportation we recommend using the metro. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world.

Night CITY TOUR in Tashkent is going to last one hour from 18:00 to 19:00 (performed by car).

2

(30.12) Tashkent - Samarkand. Breakfast in the hotel. Your guide will be waiting for you at 9:00 in the hotel lobby. Full day tour of the capital of Uzbekistan will begin with a visit to the old part of the city. You will see:

- Madrassah of Barak Khan (XVI century),
- Complex Hasti Imam (you will see the world's only original Koran (VII century),
- Mui Muborak Madrasah,
- Mausoleum of Kaffal-ash-Shoshi (XIV century),

Lunch will be organized from 13 to 14:00 in the Pilaf center (at your own expense). Continuation of the tour:

- Mausoleum of Tole-Bi (XV century),
- Madrasah Kukeldash (XVI century),
- Chorsu Market,
- Independence Square, Amir Timur (Tamerlane) Square

Duration of the excursion program is 5-6 hours.

At 18:00 you will be transferred to the station for the Afrosiab high-speed train which leaves for Samarkand at 18:45. Arrival time to Samarkand is 20:43. You will be met at the railway station.

Accommodation and overnight at the hotel in Samarkand.

3

(31.12) Samarkand. Breakfast in the hotel. Your guide will be waiting for you at 9:00 in the hotel lobby. Samarkand is called the "City of Blue Domes". This is the capital of the Great Timur and Ancient Sogdiana; crossroads of great trade routes from China to Siberia and Persia nowadays included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.

On this day we will visit: - The famous Registan Square (XVI-XVII centuries),
- Madrasah of Ulugbek, Sher Dor, Tillakori. These are centuries-old buildings of Timurid architecture,
- Gur-Emir Mausoleum and the tomb of the dynasty of Tamerlane and Ulugbek (XV century),
- Shakhi-Zinda architectural complex (XI-XV centuries),

Lunch will be organized from 13 to 14:00 in a local cafe (at your own expense). Continuation of the tour will include:

- A visit to the Cathedral Mosque of Bibi-Khanum (XIV-XV centuries) with the construction of which many folk legends are associated,
- A visit to the Khovrenko winery whose history begins in 1868 and tasting of local wines.

Duration of the excursion program is 5-6 hours until 17-18:00. From 18 to 21:00 you will have free time. At 21:00 you will be transferred to a gala dinner (New Year's Eve).

4

(01.01) Samarkand - Bukhara. Breakfast in the hotel. Rest and departure from the hotel at 12:00. At 12:15 the guide will meet you in the hotel lobby. Departure for lunch which will take place from 13 to 14:00 (lunch at own expense). Next there will be a city tour which will include:

- Hazrat Khizr Mosque. From the aivan of the mosque opens a beautiful view of Samarkand,
- Tomb of Daniel, many legends and hypotheses are associated with him,
- Observatory of Ulugbek who was the grandson of the great conqueror Tamerlane and was a great astronomer. His works are still used in modern science,
Later we will walk along the evening Registan.

Duration of the excursion program is up to 3 hours. Departure for dinner which will be organized from 19 to 20:00.

At 20:00 you will be transferred to the station for the "Afrosiab" high-speed train which leaves for Bukhara at 21:08. Arrival to Bukhara is planned for 22:39. You will be mat at the station and transferred to the hotel in Bukhara.

5

(02.01) Bukhara. Breakfast in the hotel. The guide will be waiting for you at 9:00 in the hotel lobby. Bukhara is one of the ancient cities of Central Asia. There were about 365 mosques in the city and it was the center of Islam for many centuries. Now it is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. The city tour includes visiting:

- Kalyan architectural ensemble (XII-XVI centuries),
- Madrasah Miri-Arab (XVII century),
- Mosques of Magoki-Attori (XII-XVI centuries),
- Madrassas of Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan (XV-XVII centuries),
- Trading domes, blacksmith workshop,
- Lyabi-Hauz complex and Chor-Minor madrasah (XIX century).

During the lunch break there will be a master class on cooking pilaf and samsa in a farmer's country house who is also a miniaturist. He writes his paintings exclusively on silk paper. The production of silk paper is also organized on his farm, completely handmade.

Continuation of the tour: - Visit to the Mausoleum of the Samanids (IX-X centuries) - the Persian dynasty that ruled Central Asia for many centuries,
- Bolo-Khauz Mosque (XVIII century).

Duration of the excursion program is 5-6 hours.

6

(3.01) Bukhara - Khiva. Breakfast in the hotel. At 9:00 we will depart to Khiva. We will drive through the Kyzyl Kum desert which literally means “Red Sand”. Approximate travel time is about 6-7 hours (450 km). The roads are not very good so we won’t drive fast. On the way we will make a stop at the Amu Darya at a local cafe for lunch (lunch at your own expense).

Arrival in Khiva around 16:00. Free time.

7

(4.01) Khiva - Tashkent. Breakfast in the hotel. Your guide will be waiting for you at 9:00 in the hotel lobby. Khiva is called an open-air museum, enshrined by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage of the Great Silk Road. Today we will visit:

- Ichan Kala (inner city) (XIV century) - the ancient complex of Ichan-Kala ("internal defensive circle") is almost untouched by time. A whole medieval city inside Khiva,
- Kalta Minor (XIX c),
- Muhammad Amin Khan Madrasah,
- The old palace of Kunya Ark (XVI-XIX centuries).

Lunch from 13 to 14:00 in a local cafe (at your own expense). Then our city tour will continue with:
- Muhammad Rakhimkhan Madrasah,
- Friday mosque with 218 wooden columns - the tomb of Said Alauddin,
- Pahlavan-Mahmud's tomb decorated with beautiful mosaics,
- Islam Khoja minaret (XX c),
- Tosh-Havli Palace and Khan's harem (XIX c),
- Madrasa Ollokukulikhon.

Basically, all the old buildings are decorated with majolica with a predominance of blue, blue and white shades. All these attractions are located in the ancient city of Ichan Kala. Duration of the excursion program is 4-5 hours. Departure for dinner before departure.

At 19:00 transfer to Urgench airport for flight to Tashkent at 21:10. Arrival at 22:30. Meeting at the airport in Tashkent and transfer to the hotel.

8

(5.01) Departure. This day will be the final one. Check-out time is 12:00. You will be transferred to the international airport for your flight home. End of the program.
