Alexey Krivoruchko

Alexey was born on December 1, 1975, in Semipalatinsk.

Alexey's first mountain teacher and mentor was his father, who instilled in him a love of the mountains. Arriving in Almaty, he began to explore the mountainous region. First independently, then with a childhood friend, they began to go on multi-day hikes.

In 2010 - Alexey met a mountain-tourism coach, Vadim Konstantinovich Pervakov. Under guidance of the coach he made many mountain ascents in the area of Almaty.

In 2013 - Alexey began to train in the mountaineering section named after Gennady Durov. At the same time, he was fond of mountain running, which subsequently had a positive effect on high-altitude ascents.

In 2016- he made his first ascent to Lenin peak together with a sports group of mountaineers.

In 2023, he made his seventh ascent to Lenin Peak. A total of five ascents with commercial groups and two sport ascents.

At the moment, Alexey has the first category in skyrunning and second grade in mountaineering. He also made 5 successful ascents to Lenin Peak (3 of them as a guide).
