Booking in the Asia Mountains company
If you plan your trip, we recommend booking tours in advance. Then we will have the opportunity to choose the best guides and other staff, book the most comfortable hotels and guest houses for you.
Program booking is carried out on a prepaid basis, as guides need to plan their season.
For your convenience we provide several ways of booking:
- Prepayment via a bank
- In cash at the office in Bishkek
- At our office in Moscow for those who are in Russia
- As well as on the Sberbank card in Russia
Booking of excursions
Booking of excursion do not take much time. Any excursion can be booked by contacting us by email, WhatsApp or phone call. We prepared several interesting excursions for one and several days.
During only one day you can see mountain lakes, waterfalls, snow-capped summits and even glaciers!
Booking of adventure tours
(Trekking, horse riding, biking, cultural, scientific and other)
Multi-day trekking requires the precise preparation, gear renting, good guide, porters and etc.
Such tour is better to book at least one month in advance. The prepayment of 30% is made 15-30 days before the start of the tour.
If you decide to cancel the tour less than 30 days before it starts, the prepayment is not refundable.

Booking of tours to Lenin Peak
If you plan climbing Peak Lenin with a guide, we recommend booking the guide several months prior to the ascent, as the high-altitude guides plan their season long before the start of expeditions. The advance payment is 100%.
Ascent to Lenin Peak with a guide
We co-operate only with the professional guides. Many of them have IFMGA certificates. Those who don’t have such certificates, nevertheless, possess a huge experience of climbing 7000+ peaks, and they know the routes very well. They are instructors, Candidates and Masters of sports in mountaineering and are well-known among climbers all over the world.

Base Camp of the Asia Mountains at the foot of Lenin Peak - it was originally created as a cozy and homelike camp, ready to accommodate a small number of people. This was done to make each guest feel special and receive maximum care and attention, so that you would not have to wait for your turn for dinner, and then quickly leave the dining tent, as there is another shift waiting.
Our guests can sit in the kitchen yurt for pleasure at any time. There is always boiling water, tea, coffee and sweets on the table.
To reserve your place on the expedition, you must make an advance payment of 30% of the cost of the program. Prepayment is non-refundable.
