Where to celebrate New Year 2024
If you still have not decided where to celebrate the New Year, then come to Kyrgyzstan. New Year in Kyrgyzstan. Program:
Day 1 (30.12) Bishkek. Arrival and meeting at Manas airport at 15:15. Transfer to Bishkek. Hotel accommodation. Free evening. Overnight at the hotel. Dinner
Day 2 (31.12). Bishkek-Cholpon-Ata (270 km / 4,5ч). In the morning we will go to the northern shore of Issyk-Kul lake.
Issyk-Kul is the second largest mountain lake after Lake Titicaca in South America, is included in the 25 largest lakes in the world and is in seventh place in the list of the deepest lakes on our planet. Lake Issyk-Kul also ranks second in terms of water transparency after Lake Baikal.
The climate near the lake is very mild, in summer it is a favorite place for a beach holiday. The lake is surrounded by mountains, which create a natural frame for our "Kyrgyz Pearl". This position among the mountains is surprising for those who travel in winter. It seems that winter should be very cold, but it is not. Winters here are quite warm, in January the average temperature is -3C. The number of hours of sunshine is 2700 hours, which is even more than on the Black Sea.
The group will arrive at the hotel for lunch. And the group will go to rest until the evening. In the evening, the group will have a New Year's banquet with a show program, modern interactives and competitions and incendiary dances.

At 23:30, a big bonfire, dancing, round dances with the Snow Maiden and Santa Claus, as well as fireworks will be organized on the beach. The end of the festive program at 02:00 am.
Day 3 (1.01). Rest and recreation. This day will be devoted to rest. You can sleep until lunch, and then take a walk along the beach and allow yourself to forget about work and business. You can visit the pool, go to the spa, look into the billiard room or the lobby bar. Hotel accommodation.
Day 4 (2.01). A day in Cholpon-Ata.
On this day, the group will go on a tour in Cholpon-Ata and visit a unique monument of the Bronze Age - an open-air museum of rock paintings - petroglyphs. Then you will also visit the historical museum of the city and the cultural complex "Rukh Ordo", which is very interesting for its collection of the most important world religions and confessions. The evening is free. Relaxation. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 (3.01). Transfer to the mountains. After breakfast, the group will go on a trip to the Grigorievskoe Gorge. The beauty of winter nature here is mesmerizing, fresh mountain air and silence. Here, in the bosom of nature, the group will have the opportunity to install the Kyrgyz national yurt themselves. And lunch will also be in the yurt. National dishes and sweets will be prepared, and in the afternoon a surprise for everyone - a photo session with dressing up in national costumes. If you have time, you can take a short walk to the mountain lake. In the evening return to the hotel.
Day 6 (4.01). Day at the lake. For this day, we have planned a 4-hour cruise trip along Issyk-Kul Lake with a buffet on board the ship. The name of the lake Issyk-Kul is translated as Hot Lake. Even in winter, the water in the lake does not freeze. According to one version, this is due to hot springs that are hidden under water and the water temperature in the lake does not drop below 0 degrees. But there are springs not only at the bottom, but there are quite a lot of them along the shore. Here we will go to them immediately after the boat trip. These will be springs on the street, but no one will be cold, as the temperature in some of them reaches 40 degrees. After we return to the hotel for rest. Hotel accommodation. Dinner.
Day 7 (5.01). Return to Bishkek. On this day, the group will leave the winter hospitable shore of Lake Issyk-Kul and go to Bishkek. The adventure doesn't end there. Along the way, there is a secret place where the tourist does not look so often. This place is called Kok-Moinok Canyons. There is no familiar landscape, there are fabulous aeolian castles, and even in winter there is no snow. The group will have time to walk through the sand labyrinths. Admire the natural architecture and bizarre forms of the Aeolians. You can make a charming photo session for memory. And in the evening, leisurely drive to Bishkek and have a rest in a cozy city hotel. Dinner.
Day 8 (6.01). Ala-Archa National park. After breakfast, the group will go to the natural park Ala-Archa. The valley of the Ala-Archa River is one of the main attractions in the vicinity of Bishkek. Here, in a narrow valley, an ordinary, in general, mountain river, there are so many amazingly beautiful landscapes, waterfalls and unusual rock forms, such a rich flora and fauna that many consider this area a real symbol of the Kyrgyz Range (Ala-Too) .
The Ala-Archa gorge is located in the central part of the Kyrgyz Ala-Too ridge, 45 km south of Bishkek. On its territory there is the Kyrgyz State Park "Ala-Archa", which was organized here in 1976. This place is attractive, first of all, for its accessibility. A good asphalt road has been laid to the park itself, which allows you to get from the noisy city in 40 minutes. Here you can hide from the bustle of the city among the gigantic Tien Shan firs, admiring the snowy peaks.
"Ala-Archa" - translated from Kyrgyz means "colorful archa". Archa is the local name for juniper. The gorge got its name because of the abundant thickets of juniper that cover its slopes. After walking through the mountain gorge, the group will go to the ethno-restaurant Supara, where a folklore show will be organized. Overnight at the hotel in Bishkek.
Day 9 (7.01). Departure. On this day, the car will take you to the airport for your flight home. End of the program.
