Instead of a city tour you can go to the Ala Archa Natural Park. Ala-Archa is one of the main attractions of the surroundings of Bishkek. Here, in a narrow valley, there are so many amazingly beautiful landscapes, waterfalls and unusual rock forms, so rich flora and fauna that many consider this area a real symbol of the Kyrgyz Range (Ala-Too).

"Ala-Archa" - translated from Kyrgyz means "motley archa." Archa is the local name for juniper. The gorge got its name because of the abundant juniper bushes covering its slopes. You can hike to the waterfall and organize a small picnic near it. By evening, return to Bishkek. Hotel accommodation.

Bishkek – Grigoryevsky gorge (300km / 5 h) . After breakfast, we will go to the northern shore of the beautiful Issyk-Kul Lake - the pearl of Kyrgyzstan. On the way we will visit the historical and archaeological complex of Burana Tower.

The Burana Tower (minaret) is located on the site of an ancient settlement 90 km from Bishkek. Historians and archaeologists have proved that the settlement was once the capital of the Karakhanid khanate and was called Balasagun. The city of Balasagun was founded in the middle of the 10th century and the Burana Tower today is the central monument of this complex.

After that, we will go to the Boom gorge where we will make a hiking trip to the Konorchek Canyons (4 hours), and then the car will take us to the Grigoryevsky gorge where you can relax from a busy day. Dinner and accommodation in yurts or tents (according to your wish).

Day
3

Grigoryevsky gorge – Reina-Kench farm (200km / 3,5 h) . Today the day begins with a trip to the lakes in the Grigoryevsky Gorge. After the walk we will have a picnic and continue our journey. Grigoryevsky Gorge is very picturesque, the road runs along a mountain river with crystal clear water; the slopes of the gorge are covered with spruce forest. In the upper reaches, the gorge expands, turning into high mountain pastures.

Then we will go down where the road goes to the neighboring gorge called Semenovskoye; will go up to the Kok-Bel pass (2375 m) and go down through the Semenovskoye gorge to the main road. Now we will go by car to the Reina-Kench farm where we will stay overnight at the guest house.

Day

Jergalan valley – Djety-Oguz gorge – Tamga village (150 km / 3 h). After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Djeti-Oguz gorge along the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. The Djeti-Oguz gorge is located 60 km west of the Karakol city on the northern slopes of the Terskey Ala-Too ridge in the eponymous gorge with a length of more than 40 km. Djeti-Oguz gorge is one of the most beautiful places in Kyrgyzstan.

The Djeti-Oguz gorge translated from Kyrgyz means "Seven Bulls." The gorge got such a name for a reason. "Seven Bulls" is an ensemble consisting of red rocks towering above the resort area. The rock ensemble “Broken Heart” - a symbol of love which gave rise to many beautiful legends is also located here. You can take a walk to the “Girl’s Braids” waterfall, lunch will be organized in the national Kyrgyz yurts and after that you will go to the village of Tamga - the place of your overnight stay.
