Unknown Kyrgyzstan - To the headsprings of the great river Naryn

Central Tian-Shan has the south-eastern part of Kyrgyzstan. Its northern border is Terskei Ala-Too which spreads in a latitudinal direction and frames the Issyk-Kul lake from the south. The length of the ridge is about 375 km, on the height it closes with Kungei Ala-Too and behind the Issyk-Kul basin it comes close to Sary-Djaz ridge. The average height of the ridge is about 4500 m and the highest point is 5216 m (Karakol peak).
